Started creating the interior of the Lynx. A painstakingly job since i made a error at the start of the project. Now, i decided to make a outline of the cockpit in 3d by cutting away parts of the mes after copying it. I wanted to extrude it from the plane, but this didnt work, thus forcing me to flip all the faces and manualy create every face. Yes, all by hand.

Havent finishd it yet, but the amount of polygons in this project is growing fast.

I am still awaiting comments on my Counter-Strike: Source map while I'm constructing a Half-Life 2 map. It is my first attempt at making a single player map and hopefully I can swallow all the basics down. I could use some feedback on my CS map so I can input that into my HL2 map.

In my previous journal I mentioned I was updating my website well I am one page from finishing it but it doesn't make that much difference as I am changing it to 'Tutorials' instead of credits.

Very addictive which is why I stopped working on it..Well that changed this afternoon as I started work on Elon's room. A bit of progress was made such as the main shape of the room and the floor clipped.

Finaly got G-max to succesful render, here is a shot from the Westland Lynx HAS-8 im working on for Flightsimulator 2004. When finishd il convert it to the Source engine for you cs:s mappers out there.

Over the last few weeks I have agonised over numerous issues with my Necropolis: Mausoleum level, finally making the choice to split it into several levels. Two weeks ago I officially released the first of these, and hinted that the other two would probably follow soon thereafter.

That may not be the case.

Although I do not want to waste all the effort I put into developing the remainder of the level, it is becoming quite clear to me that the above-ground portion is quite playable by itself, and that the below-ground portion is, well, not. I haven't even had a run around in it with my gaming buddies yet - and I won't make any final decisions until I do so - but it seems obvious to me that the planned "Part B" cannot compare with "Part A". Not without some serious redesign, anyway...

There are bits I want to keep, but they are outnumbered by the bits which just don't work as a DM level.

I'm not yet sure what I shall do -- but it's becoming certain that it's not going to be released any time soon.

sigh

In other news, however, I shall be tweaking the existing version of Mausoleum over the next week or so, and adding or fixing a few things which have been pointed out in TWHL reviews of it... (Thanks again to everybody who has provided feedback!)

EY_Toxic is now nearly finished. I just finished the sewers. I have one room more to build(it also have areas that are already built) and two to texture. Too bad the map is so huge. I could have made it in time for the compo if I made a smaller one... well I was also sick and tired of that map...

Well then.. WoW has consumed my life.. big suprise?
Well, Im now a level 21 Undead Priest with a Major in tailoring. I want to get my mount soon.. but I need a lot more gold.
My girlfriend and I play the same character, but soon I will make my own.. perhaps a Troll Rogue.. that seems like a fun race/class combo. Maybe I'll try that once I hit 60.. in a month or so.
We are Dreadmuffin, We play on the Durotan Server, feel free to drop in and say.. just make sure you mention you are from TWHL, otherwise I might ignore you.
