I was putting Scott to bed the other day for his afternoon nap.

He asked, "Dad, can you make more Portal 2 maps when I'm sleeping so I can play with it when I wake up?"

"Of course," I replied. And that's exactly what I did.

That's my boy!

His first time visiting Disneyland. The highlight of the day was the Jedi Academy. He saw it three times before deciding to participate.

It was a good thing that he had an opportunity to practice with the light saber first before Darth Vader showed up. He was struggling to activate his weapon at first. But when it really counted, he rose to the occasion and defeated the Sith Lord and the Stormtroopers.

The Force is strong with this one.

He's only three, but he was able to figure out some simple puzzles all by himself.

In this video, he just got the portal device, and he's exploring.

Interesting stuff coming out of Scott's mouth:

"When I grow up, I am going to buy a yellow Corvette."

"I love playing Portal."

"When you get stuck in a room, use the portal device to shoot a hole in the wall."

Just watched "Inception". What a brilliant film. I love films that make you use your head a bit and the writer doesn't assume that the audience is too simplistic to appreciate the complexity of the plot.

I played "Hostile Negotiation" in GTA IV this afternoon.

The first time I played through it, my pistol aim was not accurate enough to eliminate the hostage taker in one headshot, so he executed cousin Roman. I started over again.

The second time through, I used a sniper rifle to pin point the target, so I blew his brain out in one clean shot. Just when I was giddy with my accomplishment, I drove through a construction site and the tire ran over a propane tank. It blew up the car, killing both Roman and myself. I was in such disbelief that I wasn't sure what happened at first. When I realized my mistake, I didn't know whether I should be laughing or crying. I felt like doing both at the same time.

The third time, finally, I did it without committing those mistakes.

This game should really have more frequent checkpoints.

My son performing Backyard Super Kid.

I like the "I said that already" part.

I am probably the only gamer who plays GTA and obeys all the traffic rules. I stop at all the stop signs and red lights, and stops for all the pedestrians, even when they are jaywalking.

What irony to be a murderer who is afraid of breaking traffic laws.

A humorous take on flu shot safety. I made this video this morning partly to educate people about the risks and benefits of the flu vaccine.

First, he couldn't figure out what's his favorite color (seems to change by the minute). Then, he put on a good show of light saber sound effects.
