Hey, is that guy still in jail? I remember hearing some time ago he got locked up, just wondering if anybody knows if he's still incarcerated.

I don't know if he's in jail anymore, but his charge was battery. Anyway, he's a convicted felon now which undoubtedly means no more funny commercials

Assuming he's out of jail, and like you said, his commercial making days are undoubtedly over. No company out there would want to have their products associated with a goof-ball like him now. But, he could still appear on some future "Reality TV" show, where standards on good tastes are non-existent. Don't underestimate how low TV standards these days can go.

TV standards are pretty much as low as possible now, with the exeption of a few new shows and the classics. :/
I expect vince will return now that Billy Mays is gone...
