Sounds interesting, but I wouldn't be able to catch it live as I live in EST. So long as there's a video archive somewhere, though, it would be a good thing to have on my second monitor while I work!

Well, the timing is part of what I'm taking input on. I doubt I can please everyone, but I can do pretty much anywhere from 1pm-11pm Saturday AEST, so I'd like to catch as broadly appreciable a time as possible.
I guess it comes down to who would watch, and when!

@99: Every Half-Life map, including BS, OP4 and HL2. Won't be touching CS, TFC, more obscure mods, etc.
You know, I probably should chronicle everything that I can. I wasn't going to hit up the non-HL stuff, but if, say, someone were to gift me the games I don't have on Steam (listed below), I could cover the lot.
(There are, that pass the filter: 2 DMC maps, 11 DoD/DoD:S maps and 26 TFC maps. Not counting any that aren't tagged correctly, of course.)

Turns out there's at least 6 Ricochet maps as well, there's just no tag for it =PBetter one, or two? I can't really go much later than that, but it seems like it might be more workable for the rest of the world. Australia sucks.

For me, the second one would be better (Frenchies share the same time zone as Germans).

Either 8am or 1pm work for me on a saturday to be honest, but I'm in favour of any time that isn't PUBG time...

I realise now that neither 8am or 1pm are PUBG time, so ignore me.

i want to see it, but you picked some of the worst time for me, worse than unq's stream time. Conveniently thou i have already gone thru almost the entire vault years ago and can pinpoint the goldsrc single player maps for you, if you are interested in knowing it.

When you load up CS maps you should kill yourself in console so anything kickstarted by a hidden func_door can work.

Haven't managed to catch it live, yet, but I'm loving watching the recording. Keep it up!

I'll be watching some of the recordings when I can. Have fun making them!

P.S. May I suggest putting in the video's description some links to where each map starts being reviewed? That would be useful.

Just a heads up, if you want to use the <game>_addon folder to seperate custom content from default content, you have to enable "Allow custom addon content" in the video options of the game you are playing.

You may not be able to noclip in CS but you can reload the map and select "spectate" and fly around in free spec mode (in the middle of watching 008 on YT so if you've eventually started doing this later on, I'm sorry).

Are you still planning on uploading the streams to Youtube? I'm behind on them and I think there are a few VODs between 010 and whatever the oldest VOD is on Twitch that I haven't seen.
