How can you run a mod if you don't know what nodraw is :S
It's the name of a texture that VIS ignores and does'nt render which saves compiling time and less lag.
You mainly use them on places that the player does'nt see to reduce lag!

Sounds interesting but if your going to allow the angels to fly, then you can't have buildings with nodraw on top because the players will see this and cause more lag.
I noticed that it creates a default water_lod_control if you don't put one in.
Are you running RAD? have you put env_cubemaps in it?

Half-Life 2 mapping is equal to Half-Life 1 mapping but I feel that HL is special because of the hundreds of mods created etc etc

I often wonder why and it has come to my attention that mapping for it does'nt take much detail to reduce lag but there maps will also be popular because the mod is loved by all!
