dunno, but the game idea is incredible!

Not only are you in charge of creating a superrace to populate your world, you also have to wage war, trade and become allies with other user-created creatures which inhabit other worlds.

I'm not sure if this is a live interaction, or if you just get AI controlled creatures, but ALL the creatures are made by humans and are shared amongst all players

Steam is NOT evil. I really, really hate people who automatically blame Steam for all their problems for the following reasons :

1) everyone else seems to hate it
2) a game didn't work on their machine.. MUST be steam's fault :

Its actually a pretty damn incredible program...
I mean, constant after-sale support on ALL steam games including third party mods, many new features (MP3s, anyone?) and loads of great offers.

Sure, it has its flaws, but so does everything, and honestly, steam's 1337ness far out-weighs its problems

Although, it wouldn't do you any bad to buy Half-Life... It is a great game.

But to map for CS:CZ, you don't need half-life. You just change the appropriate folders and files from HL, to CS in the hammer set-up.
(also, version 3.5 is out, although it is still beta)

Hunter, best background ever.
I was searching for some swimming pool pics for help designing a map (now deleted) and i came across the pic of the pool... Well, i don't know about you, but the first thing that i thought of when i saw the pic was that it needed a giant vegitable falling into the water.
