well it seems to be a bug on steam that affects a few people but do post once you have downloaded
if it doenst work then it must be a steam error and that makes me happy as it means its not my comp

you cant unless you make your own models and code them to have weapons like that
to be honest its not that much of a problem but it means that i cant make outdoor maps with no grass!
well i redid it following the guide you posted and es it went successful but i still dont have all the textures i had in the old sdk ones e.g. i dont have grass, i dont have cs_office etc
sorry i know i seem like a nuisance and not helping you but heres a summary:
1. sdk isnt working because of error and nothing seems to fix it!
2. I created desktop icon and started that but i have to set it up unlike the sdk as it sets it automatically!
3. I set it up follow tutorial on verc and it worked but the only thing is that the materials are not the default ones that i usually use!
4. Im using hammer 4 by the way and although i dont have the default ones i have textures from new maps made by mappers for css e.g. i have rat, poolday textures (new ones not old ones from cs)
5. i set it up exactly as it says but i noticed that the materials tab is blank so i must have to put a material there!
The question is what do i put there?

How about a samurai mod where you train with a master and get better swords as you progress
Its not hard to think of ideas so why not give it a go

yes i noticed that the PS2 version had extra bits like a scientist on a whellchair that needed to be protected and the end boss on it for me was this bit where a reactor was being turned on but you had to protect it from the aliens

well depends on game really like if you made a map for half life 1
then you go to console
but if you made a map for cs or css then you can go to console or start server

p.s its a good map by looking at the pics also i searched dm and found a couple of servers hosting your map Its good though

you know when you click and a message comes up saying reduce undo levels or something and it comes up everytime well i cliked show only once and it stops coming now and it seems to have stopped lagging

logic yeh what do they do exactly as theres not many guides around at the moment!
