I was recently listening to podcasts and found one about games.
exept this was done by two thirteen year olds. one of them is a massive fan of half-life.
I recently sent them an email and they started talking about an HL2 mod. they got the basic models done and everything.
they gave me the beta version to make a trailer for it and it's brilliant! the textures are great and the models. I'm impressed by them and they said they want me to put a version on the internet at some point. I've even got screencaptures. although their zombie has a error. when you kill it a headcrab appears from nowhere.

oh yeah I'm helping them and the beta isn't done yet

thanks, but now I have a new problem. I've made it so that when you start up the mod the title just shows pictures of guns and dot. no letters.

holy crap!!! I see it hldm:s seems to work on all other maps exept c1a0. if anybody has hl deathmatch source please go online and look for a server that says c1a0d. please. I beg you

I don't like the fact I'm not made of money. I mean what do you have to have for playing gmod ten. and is there any gmod that can just use hl2 and hl:s

oh yeah while we're on that subject my gmod 9 doesn't work. because it'd be great if it could. it comes on then turns itself off with an error message. and I'm online. what do I do about that?

muzzleflash I tried doing that already. wait you do mean deathmatch source. I mean I really want to do a story coop or something. hl2 can do it. but hls can't. anyway how do I get deathmatch source to read c1a0.

Hello. If you've been with this site for a long time then you problably know the basics of mapping for Half-life 2. Now I'm looking forward to black mesa source. BUT! Unlike most people I've used the fgd file and made a BMS SDK sort of thing. so now I can make maps for black mesa source. in fact I'm making a mod called Return to black mesa which follows the journey of a scientist in black mesa. but in HD!!!!! the downsides are I have to edit the hl2 zombie to make it look like a scientist zombie blah blah blah. it's so cool. and you can see what the scientist models look like.

Hello crazyb2000 here. I have been in coffee shops drawing sketches of new half-life characters and I thought of something for a half-life 2 looking back to half-life 1 mod: Female scientist zombie + female scientist. I want to ask what modeling tool for half-life 1 I could use because I have XSI Mod tool but I'm not any good at modelling and the mdl exporter doesn't work.

In my mod I want a construction worker to inspect the floor so I used the monster_generic but he then just stood there like a lemon. I even used the scripted_sequence and so the same thing happens.

It's easy to create the blocks of creating a mod
and it's fast (hayai desu ne. sorry) but I want to have an einstien scientist at a desk for gotwc but I keep putting him too low or too high. I move him one tiny box and he's too high or low and I tried looking for the dimensions guide in "in the beginning part 2" and it was page not found. I am annoyed and tearing my hair out!! and I know it can be done! I've tried the "sittning scientist model. should I use the "scripted_sequence" instead?

I agree the cloths are bad but I spent ages making them and gimp when I used it I didn't think much of it, it was nothing like photoshop.
I promise I'll work on the cloths. Wait you haven't seen the new security guards they're much better.

I'm not going to work on the hev zombie
