Yes but when you have official documents, proposals, announcements, interviews, and mainstream media confirming these facts you have think otherwise. This is one giant crime case inwhich it is possible that the government was directly involved with an attrocity to gain political power. They create a terrible scenario, create fear and uncertaincy, they have someone to use as a scapegoat or responsible figure/group, and then instruct that the best way to prevent such horrors is to remove everybody's civil liberties and freedom. It can also be seen as 'Order out of Chaos' or 'Good Cop Bad Cop'.
