the same way an elite can, by bashing the sheilds down and ripping off the titanium Alloy, then quite easily breakskin and make the Sparten Bleed to death. plus theres no titanium at the neck, so a few hard swings will get through the sheilds and rubber then slice your aorta in two.

and that the entire reason why freeman has things like the gluon gun and the gauss. along with the combine pulse rifle and the RPG

Update from me

HS6_A is 100% done
HS6_B is somewhere near 60-70% done
HS6_C is thought out and I started doing some stuff on it

it will definatly be done by the end of the month, most likely sooner

get PacScape, or GcfScape to open the Pac and Gcf files respectivly. then extract the models out

the reason you can't find them is because I don't think the model viewer can go into the Pac And Gcf files. so extracting them probably will be the only way

Theres also RPG maker 2000 and RPG maker 2003 which were great for making your own games. I started an RPG that supposedly, had about 52 hours of gameplay in it, by the story I wrote. I only finished making 2 hours of it though

V_models are what you see in the first person view, W_models are those for what you see on the ground, and the P_models are what you see other people holding. get Jed's Half-life Model viewer and look at the P_ and the W_ ones

your question really isn't worded that well, so ill just answer the question I got out of it.

(EDIT: crap, I just realized this is the source forum, Same concepts still apply though)

use func_trains for doors. track trains are more useful for accuall trains, like the one in 'on a rail'. make each brush, or group of brushes, that you want the door to be into a func_train, add path_corners where you want the door to start at and move to. go into the path_corners properties and give them names, like path1 and path2. then make the path_corners next stop target the other one.

do that for every separate train entity, making the trains starting point that of the path_corner you want it to start at. give the trains distinct names and have whatever makes them open, be it a button or a trigger, target a multi-manager entity (tut here) and have the multi-manager target the trains. make sure that the Smartedit button isn't on when editing a MultiManager, not having it on and seeing what is talked about in the tutorial can be confusing for some people.

and here is a tutorial about func_trains, that can be applied to doors

lol, the folder is a laugh. get more screenies.

and don't expect screenies of my map, they have so much scripting and events in them that a single frame would not do them justice

Edit:
Oh, muzzleflash, since your entire map is a camera sequence, you can add some cool pre-credit effects. And I don't mean just words on the screen, as in game_text or sentences etc. I had thought of having textures made with our TWHL names on them and made to kind of appear on half the screen in front of the camera. I don't know if you can picture that in your head, but it looks very well for the ending sequences.

plus I thought up a great minigame to have on screen durring the Post-game credits. but im going to keep that a secret until the beta

with the trafic this site gets, you would have a good amount of money setting it to pay you per 1000 views. or you could do as ZL said and have the members spam the pay per click version of it.

that way, all bandwidth issues would be reduced

Hunter, that would be the end of A(where the elevator stops that is, i separated the full level at that point and made it into A, B, and C(C is ending and credits). B was just getting to big and compily.
