Actually this year's music sucks in my opinion! All the bands I like are long dead, even if they still make albums they suck. And the live ones suck too! I meen band like rammstein or black/death metal bands that don't know how to play and their songs have only one kind of beat and it doesn't change all along the song, just loud noise. As for other kinds of music... I hate those kinds too. Rap has hardly any music, pop's music sucks and rock sucks too, all the good bands died long time ago. :cry:

I came to a conclosion, I can't play DM. Each time I lag I find myself dead! Only muzzle don't kill lagging/talking people. :tired: Don't take me wrong, thats not the only reason I die all the time, I'm not such a good player too, but under these conditions I can't improve. :cry:

.ol files are archives full of prefabs not models! Prefabs are object that you made once and want to save them so you can load them each time you want to use them again. Prefabs can contnein brushes and entities.To add something to an archive press the object/s and press ctrl+R. A window will popup, write the name of the prefab and choose which library(archive) you want to place the prefab in. In the new objects bar(the place that you choose which primitive to use(block/arch/cylinder...ect)) choose a diffrent category, the archive with the prefab you want to use, and choose the object(prefab) you want to use. You can place it like you place any simple primitive or you can press the 'insert original prefab' button in the new objects bar, this will insert the original prefab. You better use the 'isert original prefab' for if you'll use the other way you might creat invilde solids from what that wasn't nesserly inviled.
To manage prefabs/archives enter option menu->prefab library. :)

Just remember don't change the original wads. Creat another one and place all the textures in it. If you'll change the original ones I think you'll need to put the whole wad in the zip, if you'll want to post it in TWHL.

I had that problem when my func_train didn't have an origin! Create a brush in the trains middle textured with origin. And tie it with the train to an entity. :)

Sorry didn't see yor second post! I advice you not to use strange letters in folders names, like @,{,} ect
In map names,wad names,entity's never use capitals,spaces and strange letters.

Look in RUST. It has many tutorials on Quake II mapping and a forum with people that map for it too! :) (I think) You want find lots of help in here, this site is on Hl.

Play the game before you map, it's a great gam, funner even then Hl1! I guarantee.

It doesn't matter! Tie the wall to the func_illousnary entity.(ctrl+T) Over that wall place a block textured with the clip texture on all it sides. Clip brushes block the player/monsters but doesn't block grenades and shots!

I made a light target the Multisource and the trigger's master to become the multisource.
I don't think a light entity can trigger objects... I think it's just for xen's light plant.

If you want to trigger something when the level is loaded use the instead of the light a Trigger_Auto. In the 'target' value write the name of the multisource and in the 'trigger state' value choose on.(it will only turn on the targeted object)
Trigger_Auto is basicly an entity that activates it's target when the level is loaded.

Look in your ZHLT folder. You'll see a file called lights.rad open it with notepad. In it there is a list of textures with numbers beside them.
All the textures in the list emit light, doesn't metter if they have + or ~. The first three numbers determine the lights color (red,green,blue) and the last one determines the brightness. You can add or remove textures from the list if you like.

I advice you to use one of the +A~FIFTIES textures. They aren't listed. If you add a light entity below them you wont see the diffrence between it's +0 texture.
