"Carmine may be prepared from cochineal, by boiling dried [scale] insects in water to extract the carminic acid"
Carmine (E 120) is used in almost all red candies and you can also find it in yoghurt and some other food.
In most red stuff you eat that ain't red naturally contains "insect juice".

They don't seem to be very intelligent, so there should still be some left in HL2.

You're right. I like Half-Life extremely much, but that's just because I love the gameplay and the story.

you must remove OSX and install windows. This is because macs suck balls.
User posted image You don't need to remove OS X to run Windows.

User posted image You can run most Windows programs if you have a Mac with an Intel CPU. All new Macs does have an Intel CPU.

User posted image How many programs made for Mac OS X can you run on a PC running Windows? Almost none.

So, please shut up.

@Captain Terror:
Say you have a shortcut on your Start menu or on your desktop, and you want to launch whatever that shortcut leads to whenever you press, say, CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+D, right click that shortcut, choose Properties, and click the Shortcut key text field, and press CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+D, then click the OK button.
Now you can press CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+D anytime to launch whatever that shortcut is leading to.
It's a bit buggy though, doesn't work 100% of the time.

Download CrossOver.
It lets you run Windows applications, and is based on Wine.
You can run Steam and play GoldSource/Source games then, too.
I have tried Hammer with CrossOver and it worked.

If you ever want to browse the files on a bottle (where all files are stored), press Configure>Manage Bottles>Advanced>Open C: Drive in Finder.

Oops. Just found out that it doesn't work with PPC CPUs.

When clicking an image in a tutorial, a window pops up containing the image you just clicked.
The window is supposed to resize itself, but whoever did the scripting is probably still using IE4.
You can no longer write document.<insert element id here>.
It doesn't work with all browsers.
Instead, use document.getElementById.

function reSizeToImage(){
window.resizeTo(100,100);
width=document.image.width+40;
height=document.image.height+110;
window.resizeTo(width,height);
document.title = "TWHL View Image";}

Should be

function reSizeToImage() {
var im = document.getElementById("image");
window.resizeTo(im.width + 40, im.height + 110);
document.title="TWHL View Image";
}

I'm not saying I'm super smart, smarter than you, smarter than everyone, or even smarter than average.
And yes, you are right, there's no one without intelligence, becouse then it's not a one, it's a thing, my mistake.
I never wrote that I wanted to improve the world (more than anyone else).
And I never wrote "how to make the world better", I wrote "how the world would be better".
I'm not trying to pretend to be better than anyone else, becouse I know I'm not.

That's what I do, think.
When I'm not playing/writing/reading/watching a movie at the computer, I most of the time just (sitting somewere comfortable) think about things. Over and over again. It may sound depressing, but it's not.
Someone without intelligence obviously wouldn't do that, becouse that would be like playing soccer not being able to run.

[Off topic: about intelligence & me]
It's not stupid not knowing something...

Intelligence may grant you more knowledge than stupidity, but it depends on how you use it, and how you use your intelligence also affects in what categories your knowledge is greater.
I use most of my intelligence thinking about the world, the future of the world and how the world works (I sometimes find myself wondering why the world exits. I think that it would be much more, no, infinitively more logic that the world/everything didn't exist), the earth and it's future, how humans and other animals work, and what's wrong or right and how the world would be better (I personally belive that a combo of communism and democracy is what would work best for humans, and how the killing of all life would also end all the suffer and pain in the world). I spend lots of free time just thinking, dreaming.
I use some intelligence when I'm at the computer, doing a scripting project or maybe making a map.

And that's about it. I don't waste time reading the news, watching the new on the TV or listening to radio (a waste of time becouse I don't find most news very interesting).
And becouse of that I don't know much about what happens around me, geography, sports, music or things like that.

I was thinking like this:

Machine one:
A teleport/cloning device that keeps spawning scientist.

Machine two:
Big rotating saws that kills most of the scientists. The rests are killed by lasers, or flames.

Machine three:
Processes the gibs by crushing them into burgers.

Machine four:
Packages the burgers.

Machine five:
A robot that moves the burgers to another room, that is part of a super market.

All machines are turned off when you start, and you have to activate them with buttons.

Every time I turn on my computer, I start ?Torrent, maybe MSN, and often Steam or Firefox.
I don't want any of them to auto start.
To open 4 programs takes about 4 seconds using Launchy. Using the start menu takes about 14 seconds.
And my desktop tends to get a bit messy so it's hard to find anything on it :lol:
Besides, if you want to run a shortcut located on the desktop, you have to minimize whatever program(s) you are currently using.
You can compare the good looking, slow but easy to use start menu and the fast, reliable Launchy with Vista and XP.
Oskar Potatis Oskar Potatis🦔

Yeah! Because the Start Menu is the most useless thing ever, you need a separate program to do exactly the same job, except with complex key combos instead of simple mouse clicks!

...idiot.
So I'm an idiot becouse I don't use the Start Menu? Wow.
When you have over 125 start menu items, pressing the Start button, holding your mouse over "Programs", and then finding and clicking "Steam" takes about 4 seconds.
Pressing <Windows key>+<Spacebar> and writing "s" (without quotes) and then pressing enter takes less than 1 second.
If you are using another program containing "s" more often than Steam you may need to write "st", or "ste", but it's still a lot faster. Kinda like when searching on Google, the most popular things comes first.

The keyboard is much faster than the mouse in some cases, and vice versa.
People are using operating systems without graphical user interfaces for the same reason: it's faster when you know what write.

Spending 4 seconds launching a program instead of less than 1 second is the real idiocy.

it's basicly crap
O.O Did I just read that Deleted Scenes is crap?
I think CS:CZDS is a great "game". They should have released CS:CZDS as CS:CZ and CS:CZ as CS: Crap.
I think they used the regular HL fgd's and DLLs for that thing, so just try that.
No. Deleted Scenes contains new monsters, probably an updated AI, many new entities, lots of (if not all) remade CS weapons, and some new ones like the bluetorch, the PDA or the RPG, and lots of other stuff not possible without altering the DLLs.
The company that developed Deleted Scenes did not use Hammer Editor. So they didn't use FGDs at all.

____________________

There is an unofficial FGD for CS:CZDS, do a Google search, but don't expect to find it easily.
