I think there's a prefab pack somewhere in the map vault that includes it, but I'm not too sure.

The first one looks pretty good, supposing that's actually an ingame screenshot. The handrail implies a possibility of such a thing being true, as I don't come across railings like that too often outside the HL world. But in that small resolution, you can never be too sure.
