yeah im using Hotmail and i did checkl the junk mail nothing there but spam

The strange thing is when i ask for my account name to be sent there it is ok and turns up just no password promt...

No, i stupidly forgot my password and when it says thank you and sends me my password to my email address i do not get an email.
It is the right adress as i did retirve my username to test it and that got sent to my inbox...

Do you think if i email steam they will reavtivate my account?

I am in a bit of trouble >.>

I bought Half Life 2, about 2 years ago now and i have been using it happily ever since. But my computer recently busted and broke.
So naturally i dug out the CD put it in the drive, it installs steam nd every thing. Steam opens up in my Games it says HL2 and CSS are Pre-loaded. so i double click them and i get taken to a buy now page...

I right click the pre-loaded icons and names again and i get "Purchase" which i have already done...

Can some one please help as i really need to kill some heasd crabs

Well im not Looking to make a massive sucsessfull MMO, Im just want to make a small comunity, And a few worlds for me and my mates to hang out in... maby do some quests and stuff together...

and on you saying there will be so many MMO's well...... over 70%-ish of people buying it are hobbiest that are gonna make one for theere mates....and friends..and just for the fun of it.....

Not many people will accually relise there game

Rrrrright....i have never ever made a mod before in my life.
But i have mapped....I have a really good idea for a multi player mod/map....i am afraid there are no tut i can find for mod making so i thought id come here....

My idea:

its an multiplayer mod: World assualt

like i said it more of a tweaked HLDM than a new one cose im not that good

You can choose from one of the several anti terrorist forces or terrosist forces..like : delta force sas/phoenix T iraq T
then the map wich is locations like:D_dust sort of thing....wepons lab...things terrorist want to sab or suggle from ect

so it is really HLDM with differnt skins a few extras differnt maps and extras

IF ANYONE COULD HELP ME AT ALL PEASE DO!!

I cant compile my firt map as the way that my HL2 is installed i can find the directory...trust me i have tryed

If i send some 1 the .map file can they complie it into a .bsp for me pleeeease^^

I just made my first map following the tuts on this site..i have saved it as a map and the other one...now, how do i save it as a .bsp i wanna play it
