you mean the textures were differently scaled, wall to "invisible-door"?
in that case select em both, oppen face properties, tick "treat as one" then press apply.
that'll make them like the same object

hammer didnt CRASH it just stopped for like 5 mins then it were fully compiled and runnable but for it to take 5 mins to compile?

i ran the map, and there are some probs
you didnt have sky texture, it turned up purple/black checkers(read sky tut)
there was no light so it turned up fullbright(try putting up some streetlight along the wall and in the middle, that'll look cool :D )
some minor were that the doors were ugly textured, those stairs in the beginning are PROBABLY causing some error, i dunno.
and there was a whole lot "solid entity emty" errors.

the way to bright problem i had back when i was n00b, it's probably because when you're compiling, the "run rad"?thing is ticked to "no".

tlax taught me this
try making 1 face of the illusionary textured with {BLUE and set render mode to "solid" and render amount to 255.
thatll make the blue 1 invisible and the normally textured one visible

to create a illusion, a texture only(no brush), make a brush and tie it to the entity func_illusionary. now to make it invisible from the OTHER side i have no friggin idea of how to make ;)
