Well some one told me it could be a texture. I didnt seem to get this problem pre-3d skybox work. So i deleteeed the skybox entirely... hmmmm.... I do think its an actuall texture that i might have stretched too large and gives off too much light... Hmm well the new SDK is out, ill try it and get back to you.

Okay the rad is the same... and i have been playing with all the textures that are possible suspects....

So we do know for sure its a texture problem that is too big?

Thats just the thing.... Since i cant even run the game... i dont know which texture emits light... And is a texture emiting light the problem? I hope so... im going to take off all the post problem.

I have spent atleast 30 hours on the port of BHD...

Were does this problem lie??? I really need to fix this so i can run the map. It happens right on initalizing resources then closes css...

I deleted every light and remade a light env... im still getting the problem.

I even changed the displacement light values down to 16 instead of 70 at default... Shit it dosnt make sense... :x

Shit, im trying to use wally to make one wad. But i dont think it has the ability load just the textures i want. I kant seem to figure it out. Can any one send me a link on making a custom wad off of prev. ones??

also, i used the standard CZ textures, so it should be fine if u use that. If not, im working on the custom wad right now.

when u go to the entities option, theirs a little compass in the corner.

and u can select the entities and click to world and that removes them as being an entitie.

Hmm, try making the first door, then naming it like door1 then make door2 the same, and target door1 or trigger to open when door one opens would be easiest

cant u just set up some fum_illusionarys with the same texture as the light rays and creat a little circle like u did and then throw a light up at the top?

ummm w/o doing much research i can guess at a solution. You can highlite both brushes u want to open and make them both an entitie tied together.

That might work. :

lol, i had the same problem. Your prolly made a part an entitie on accident. I did the same thing. Make sure none of your surrounding boxes are entities or any entitie is touching the outer world.

Okay, i know this has ben asked a bit, but i searched the forums and tutorials and nothing much of help, helped me out. (i dont think that makes sense :nuts:)

Okay all i want to do is restrict the awp, hows this done? I think its along the lines of the info_map_paremiters. Im also guessing i have to add a line in ;) ... so can i get some help really quik and i can show all u guys my new map, which is very good in my oppinion.

Okay, im getting an error report of a leak. This is the final version of the lvl. its claiming its on the terror side when i have spent 30 minutes lookinf for it and trying to fix it. I even cased around the whole terror side. I cant seem to find it?

Could this be some sorta glitch or is their some magical leak somewere?
