My compile proccess stucks at rgb transfer?! :
whats rgb transfer anyway?!

and how can I solve this stuck problem?!

Try a different build of the compile tools. My moderately informed guess is that that might be the tools actually building the lightmaps into the BSP. I seem to remember it's after the bulk of the lighting. If it isn't, then I don't know.

I must try some other compiling tools, Batch Compiler 3.1.1 ,I downloaded it but it does not work!

Batch compiler is not compile tools, it is simply a program that tells the tools what to do.

Replace the C:mymapstestmap with the path to your .map file (exported from WorldCraft - File -> Export to .MAP). Notice how testmap has no extension - the tools will work it out. Save that file as something.bat and run it.
