how do i delete decals??????

Go into your 3d window, look at the decal you wish to delete. Unclick any tool you might have selected which includes the decal tool. Now choose the selection tool and selected the decal, wether its via the 3d window or any of the 2ds ( which one you find best ) when its selected (turns red) press your 'Delete' key. This should delete the decal.

But they can be slippery little decals.

You can also go to the Tool bar>Map>Entity report, find the info_decal and delete it. If you click GoTo, it should highlight it in the 2D and 3D views...
Easier to delete that way.

sometimes moving a brush away and placing it back where it was removes lots of decals.

Not sure if this is a bug or feature, but i can remember it coming in handy once

Heh thats funny kol. Thanks TWHL that helped me more past the decals but with finding some of those pesky enitys lol.
