i have some problem...when i start the map i compile it just fine
but now when i compile it's go well until -

"SolidBSP [hull 0]"

and then the hammer just stop working...if i let
that finish that write a Windows Error and the compile
is not successful...

what should i do? :

Odd error, I've never come across it before. None of the error sites have it listed either...
This is HL1 correct? You aren't mapping for HL2 are you?
Try check for problems (Alt-P) in Hammer and see if there are any bugs. Post the compile log in here.

Was just wondering if you were using, say, the Source Custom Tools for HL1.

I'd say switch to an earlier version of the tools. I think somebody had a similar problem with 3.1b recently (kol, you remember that?)

I got that before as well, however, I also had a leak which needed taking care of. So try changing compile tools.

You should only need to change hlbsp.exe, leave the newer VIS and RAD unless you still have problems.
