The camera's move too slow... adjusting the 2 bottom speeds doesnt work - what am I doing wrong?

The two bottom speeds? Are you trying to adjust the speed of the func_train that the camera follows, or a path? Try doing the opposite of whichever you're doing now, and make sure you change back any path-setting speeds you didn't mean to set.
