Hey peoples of TWHL!
I decided that since it takes so long to get a compo finished and then started again here on TWHL i'd make my own wee one...
I thought it'd be good to get my idea out since only the winner of the TWHL compo chooses the next one... And i have a really good idea... cough anyhow - the compo.

Hunters Compo #1 - Map a level from another PC game into HL1

Rules-

Minimum - a .bsp that will work NO QUESTIONS ASKED with the latest version of HL.

No spirit.

No Opp4, Blueshift or any other HL mod maps.

Custom textures/material must be included as a minimod.

Heck, you might want to make a map of a non- first person shooter game..

I meant the official competition.

Why don't you just focus on HL:HS first, and when thats done, start this. I think your idea is nice, but at this moment, HL:HS should be your "primary focus."

i aint gonna enter.. its just a sidetracker for the common, everyday TWHLer to do while waiting for 1. the results of the current compo and 2. the next compo.

Still, nice compo, recreating a level from classic doom would be fun, if not a little hard if you cant find any layout maps or remember the layout. :
