There's a new option to tell the little ticker bit at the bottom to display measurements in inches, feet and inches, or scale units. It doesn't actually change anything other than the numbers being displayed, but it's good if you're working wtih actual measurements.

I changed it to inches and it stills shows in scale units... I want it to show in inches

OH! I get it - for objects selected or created! I see it. VERY clever! I wonder if my room can be duplicated.
