My VHE crushed or something.When I try to open VHE it says 'hammer.exe had a problem'

Uninstall Hammer entirely, update all your drivers, and reinstall. If that doesn't work, try deleting anything to do with Hammer in the registry (carefully, don't want to break Steam or anything). If that fails, reinstall Windows.
