I check full or fast vis in the compiling window (norm and expert)
but when i play my maps its direct lighting olny vis isnt working at all
their are no leaks and no other odious problems like that.
anyone know what could be wrong?

Post your compile log - There may be a small error in the compile process that is causing it.

I dunno it might affect it, try compiling all on fast...

compile log when i set vis to fast^^
vis still doesnt work though, their are no lighting affects in my map at all, just direct light

And try to compile with hammer if you're not compiling with it (i think you're not) :P

im compiling with hammer and im pretty shure iv got the lattest tools, but ill try reinstalling the tools

can anyone help me when i download maps to reveiw them it keeps saying gameinfo.txt dosn't exist in hl2?? what should i do?? :roll:

you have ZHLT 3.0 the latest ones are 3.2... If you compile with hammer there shouldn't be any -extra-ish errors.. I think you messed up something there

i can see the problem, you have it running vis twice, check your build program setup and change the RAD one to HLrad, seeing as you can see that is currently set to HLvis, hence it makes vis run twice
