chavs are really a northern great britain phenomenom, but in my trip to belgium, i managed to spot a few chavs,

people sometime ask me whe i hate chavs, the reason is because they hate me for being a mosher, when i'm actually an indie, so that leads to me hating them, if they just kept out of all other people's way, never hated us and were just like normal citizen (like us type) then i would have no problem with chavs

cap (usually burberry) worn very high so you can see the top of their head,
head pitted with hair gel,
'BLING' loads of crappy 'gold' jewelry from elizabeth dukes, usual a clown for the ladies....
bright white nike, puma, umbro and all the other sports brands' trainers (sneakers for you americans)
football socks that have their tracksuit bottoms tucked into,
henry lloyd striped jumper with a hooded top underneath and the hood pulled out the top, usually worn up over the cap

My m8 got hit by a gang of them on the way home from school but only 1 of them really hit him

Trevs are basically the same as chavs, although they have a tendency to wear their caps backwards rather than high and forward. I think trev is only used to describe them in some parts of the UK, and usually the term chav is used as well. Correct me if any of these details are wrong.

i was brought up in chav heaven!!! but i am exceeding intelligence wise, as i pointed out in irc, IQ of 152, brought up in the roughest place in the north east, i am not doing bad at all....

Chav names - Kevin or Steve for the male of the species. Courtney or Britney for the female

Chav appearance - Male: Burburry Cap worn on the back of the head, Adidas Tracksuit (top to toe, usually in blue with white stripes) kickers or flat bottom trainers in white or cream.

Female: Low cut top (pink or light blue) semi-short or knee high trouser things, blonde hair, too much make-up, earings like fucking ferris wheels, NY or burburry cap (if cap is absent expect tight ponytail in its place) and for the chavettes over 15 the odd baby or two.

Chav transport: Red, Possibly "modded" (note the "" because i prefer to call them "Destroyed", Vauxhall Nova, Price range below ?200. Check www.autotrader.co.uk for cars less than ?200 and you'll get the idea.

Chav Habitat: Council estate, be it a flat or council house.

Chav jobs: Mechanic, McDonalds, Army.
