ok i have had this problem before when mapping but didnt think much of it as my map was fine no leaks or anything. but now i was does thinking about it. wat is it what does it do mean tbh heres a screenhot

An ambient that you gave him no sound to play(wrote no name in the wav name value)! :) If you extructed it form it's original place(the .pak file) then try also to check if the .wav file contains more then 0kbs and then in the wav name value it is written the sounds place in the .pak not in the half-life folder! ;)

My guess is you've put in an ambient_generic and not specified a sound for it to play.

Do a Find Entities, and filter it for Ambient_generics, then find one without a target wav, or one that has a mistyped target wav.

I sometimes get problems where a brush entity has not been specified to a specific brush... meaning its like a floating entity. Good thing Hammer comes equiped with the Entity Report tool, otherwise there is no way to track them down.

Be specific when creating your entities. Make sure every one has been looked over carfully. I good way to keep your maps error free is to be careful not to get sloppy while mapping.
