Ok if any of you have seen one of my new maps, called cs_control, you will have noticed that it has been rated 2 stars by "5"people. ONLY 3 PPEOPLE HAVE DOWNLOADED THAT MAP. EVEN IF IT IS A BAD MAP, NO JERK SHOULD VOTE MULTIPLE TIMES JUST TO KILL A RATING OR MAKE IT HARD TO GET A GOOD ONE. WHOEVER DID THIS, CUT IT OUT.

you can vote multiple times? there should be a limit on that! If I vote, I vot eonce, and not for myself. Its the right thing to do! and CUT IT OUT, REALLY.
there should also be something that you know who rated what what, that way, you know whos being a jerk, and can find em.

Rating system should only be allowed for members. Each member would only be allowed to rate a map once. This info would then be stored on the server preventing reratings by deleting cookies. And there should also be who has rated this map. People should stand up for what they'be rated.
Atom, this should be considered "important" on the todo list.

ONE: Only one rating per person per map.
TWO: Kaptain_Krunch should be banned from rating
THREE: Some people complain about people rating their map one. If the map is bad, that's fine.
