My monster_sitting_scientist is sitting in the chair-

-How do I fix this?

P.S: I tried placing them higher and puting a clip brush on the chair.

I was also wondering how to sound the 'Access Granted' sound when you open a door...it can't be an ambient generic for the words apear seperetly and they are only listed togther in the sentence.txt! :zonked:

Make your chair smaller..
Or check the rmfs of c0a1 included in the HL SDK.

No need to make the chair smaller.

Place the monster_sitting_scientist 64 units above the chair. When thats to high, move the sci 8 units down, until he has the right position.

Did you try setting the clip brush 16 units above the seat, then setting the sci on that clip brush? (entity's X on the clip brush)

i think theres an option in the func_door for locked sound, unlocked sound when using multisoure, and also locked sentence and unlocked sentence used like the sound.

Ok I fixed the bit with the scientists but still can't get it to say access granted. I looked in the original game and that was the buttons sound, I choose this sound and it just played a sound similer to the keycard sound... I think I can do with that sound but still it would be nicer with the access granted sentance... :nervous:

its in the func_button entity. It gives you a choice of wavs when you activate the button. It isnt linked to the func_door as far as im aware....
