Check out my new (SP) mod I am working on for Half-Life. It's called "Sub Zero" and is set in the "White Plateau" facility somewhere in an arctic region of Earth. (Get it, "White Plateau" instead of "Black Mesa?") Anyway, I just started working on the Mod and I'll probably be working on it for a while. It's going to feature custom models, textures, and sounds. Here are some pics of the Mod's early development.

And yes, instead of the "Lambda Complex" it will be the "Omega Complex."

Well, the brushwork looks good, and the texturing's alright. The shots are pretty small, and the scale is a bit strange. The idea's hardly original :.

Quirky naming :)
I like it.

Looks interesting - keep working on it.

Oh PLEASE! No more Black Mesa posters... Jeez, all that "Working as a team" crap knocks at least 2 points down from the originality rating.. :
Well the texturing seems to be ok, brushwork too.
The lighting needs work, tho..
Good luck with this one.. :)

Overall, texturing and lighting need some more work, textures don't really fit always and the lighting is bland at points. Architecture is ok, though the rocks in the 1st pic could do with some height difference and some area's look cramped, but that's about it.

Of course, this is early, so perhaps a layout overview or some action shots would do it more justice for now, but for this stage, it's good. Keep it up. :)

really cool. Very well done mapping. Could use some new textures, but i'm sure you need to develop this as you go.

very well done.

I'm just glad I stopped working on my mod "The Sub Zero Project" cos there would have been a major title clash.

It looks sweet. I really like the Idea of "The Omega Complex".

It already has a sort of ominous feel to it. shudders

The white stuff on the back of the trucks is (you ready for this?) snow! Well I tried to make it look good. Anyway, I'll have additional screens up within the next week! Thanks for the comments.
