Trigger multiple at one spawn, set it to target a multimanager that triggers a player_weaponstrip and a game_player_equip very soon after. Then make another trigger_multiple at the other spawn, set it to trigger a player_weaponstrip. Set both of the triggers' reset time to 9999. Make the spawns unreachable once you leave so the er team doesnt go into the opposite team's trigger at some point in the round.
May sound a little confusing but read it as you map and you'll get it.
