Hey guys. I just completed my first map in Valve Hammer but when I run it in Steam, the guns that I have placed on the floor don't even show up!!! It works in the old Counter Strike (testing) but in Steam, its not even there. For some reason the kevlar and grenade work just fine, but none of the guns!! Please help :zonked:.

Just use normal CS! Steam is crap. Why use Steam when you can be normal and use regular CS!

must be something with the fgd and the 1.6 update

just wait untill 1.6 is released officially

Why is everyone still anti steam....lol....you know its actually pretty good now they got most of the bugs out of it....there is higher quality 64 bit textures in steam instead of the crappy 32 bit ones in hl.....+ they have patched the engine as well in steam

Yes, the textures may look better... BUT HOW THE HELL ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO MOD WITH IT PROPERLY!!!???

1. 1.5
2. 1.6
and compare the results.

Try mapping for
1. 1.5
2. 1.6
and compare the results.

and what about the 160 dod servers still on won!!! and the few hundred tfc on won !!!

Saying Steam is bigger than won is just simply... a lie.
And mapping makes it even more sucky, or so ive heard.
