sorry for all the posts but i just started well anyways it say there is a leak in the map.it says :
Warning: === LEAK in hull 0 ===
Entity info_player_start @ ( 192,-256,-448)
Error: A LEAK is a hole in the map.........

well there is no leak it says that everytime i put an entity in. Can some1 help me plz.

look around. make sure all wals are joined. look 4 ents in the void. zoom right in, the walls could hav a 1 unit gap

well i did the hollow tool that would make no holes in it and i started a new map 3 times and the same prob

hmm. are u using zhlt? if not theyre a compile tool that gets rid of sum of the stupid errors the hammer compile tools give. check the links page. also make sure ur usin the most recent version of hammer. test play the map and type pointfile in2 the console. follow the line n itll go through the hole in ur map. or find the entity.

And set it as compile tools.

I followed 1 of the tutorials and it say to make hollow and i did, but it says what is above.

If it only happens when you put an entity in, it sounds like you are placing the entity outside the walls of your map. (Also known as "ents in the void" like ministeve said. Don't worry, we all have trouble decifering his messages sometimes. Heh heh, sorry ministeve.) Anyway, when you place an entity, check all the views (top, side, and front) to make sure you are placing the entity inside the walls of your map. That should fix the problem.
