My baby_headcrabs become transparent headcrabs

(the headcrabs in the pic must have been baby_headcrab but it has the headcrab.mdl with a little transparency)
I dont know how it happened?Anyone who knows how to fix it? :

You might have screwed your models a little bit... Open the baby_headcrab.mdl in a model viewer and see, if it's a baby headcrab..

Or your FGD might be borked too.. Open the fgd and check the monster_baby_crab (?) entity. See if the studio model is baby_headcrab.mdl.

And please.. Use spaces after commas, etc.. :)

@Daub: The .fgd doesn't have anything to do with this, monster model paths are hardcoded in the gamecode. Only Hammer uses the .fgd.

@Saco: What did you do before this happened? Without some more info we won't be able to help too much, I'm afraid. Did you change the gamecode, or other structural things?

Well, muzz coded the new .dll (so I got a coded dll)and I changed the headcrab.mdl with my own headcrab.mdl.It just happens in my mod not in hl1.I didnt touch the baby_headcrab.mdl

I think that explains it. Check with Muzzle if he gets the same results, it's probably a bug or such.
