Well I've just got my new computer in the last week and I've played a few chapters of HL2 and played some of the mods there are and now I'm bored for some reason. I was looking for something to play when I remebered that I had the Wow trail but I can't play that because I have no creditcard details. Now I'm turning to the one thing thats left Free games But I have no idea what to play. So could you guys recommend me some (Good graphics, Not a big DL if it has to be DLed)

Well yeah I'm playing a few other HL2 mods, but I'm having trouble with some of the multiplayer ones, It just locks up when I click join servers then I have to reboot my computer.

well ur not gunna get free games that are either good graphics or new, esp. with a small download. get demos? the Battle for Middle Earth II Demo is a mere 1.2 GB

it would take me longer if i started now - im at 96% of my 10 gb download limit then i get capped at dialup speeds rofl. say.... about 60 hrs or so?

well, for downloadable games, that are totally free, there is gunbound and gunz.
Gunbound is pretty neat, it is like the game tanks, but with other people, and you have animals and machines that have eyes, instead of tanks. The different vehicles perform different, and you can get money to change your avatar, which does things to your tank, like bigger blast radius.
Gunz isn't to fun, it is a glitchy 3rd person shooter, that tried to take cool moves like wall running, and hanging on the wall, but doesn't have that good of graphics. Same thing like gunbound, you can buy guns and clothes for your person, with in game points.
In both of the games you can use actuall money to get things, in gunbound you can only buy some garments with real money, but it is not required.

Give Trackmania Nations a try. Free, and looks quite funny (comes with a level editor built in afaik). I'm downloading right now.
