i am just about to finish my counter strike map.... but there is a major problem.. with which no one woudl ever play my map........
Whenever i am moving the player in my map (when i have compiled and i am testing it), there comes a situation when some of the textures dissappear.
Like, when i move my character to a specific direction.. everything is ok... but if i turn him to the right/left direction, then... many of the textures either go black..,. or they just dissappear.... this even happens if i jsut slightly turn my character..

how high up is your skybox?

it could be outside the max viewable distance...

Ahhh... these screenies work! From the looks of it your map is too big. The max viewable distance is 4096, but don't just measure the floor! You have to consider the line of sight, the distance from the player to the farthest point visible.

If that doesn't help post the map to the 'problems' section of the vault and I'll poke at it during lunch or tonight. :cool:
