For some reason when I join a game,(CSS) it kicks me out and says: Steam ticket not registered. Now it doesnt even load the map. It gets to 75% and quits and says the same error. This happened about right after the Friends list BETA came out, and my favorite servers became viewable. Also, my maps I made wont load either. Same error. Does anyone know what the hell is going on???!!!!!!
EDIT: I checked the Steam support, and it says it might be a Steam outage. Is anyone getting this error at this moment also?

yep. delete clientregistry.blob
I had that problem this morning, and due to past experiance, deleted that file. works now.

yeah.
You delete it, then when you start steam again, it'll update for about 30 seconds, then ask for oyur login details. Normality restored...
It solves around 80% of all steam problems.
just dont delete it with steam running

I tend to ignore errors and they go away eventually...Maybe thats why my Steam works more than yours Hunter

Aye, deleting your clientregistry.blob should fix most problems with Steam, but always make a backup of the .blob file before you delete it!

Yeah I was getting that error with steam And once with HLDM and now they are both fixed, I'm so happy now

I keep loosing my steam Icon in the task bar (right bottom of screen), I try to click on the desk top icon but says steam already running, cant access it, a friend said you can bring up the task manager and right click on the steam in the proccess bar, I get lost after that.
Any ideas on how to do that to force steam back in the task bar ? :

I some times have that fault (Steam ticket not registered) when I try to get on a server, kicks me out, then I try it again and I get on the server.
I havn't fixed the problem, I just put up with it, if you can still play on servers, I suggest not to worry to much about it.
