I've just decided to change my primary forum name from Coolfat3459 to Worldcraft Dude in all forums, not just HL related forums. Coolfat3459 apparently gives off a very bad vibe to many communities in that it makes them think that...:
A) ...I'm more egotistical than I really am(hence the "cool" in the name)
B) ...I'm fat, which doesn't really matter whether they think that or not to me personally but I'm not so I don't want to be giving off the wrong impression(hence the "fat" also in the name).
C) ...I'm spammy. Apparently usernames with numbers after the main name mean that they just like to be an idiot. Don't ask for the logic in that because there isn't any, people are just stupid like that.

Coolfat3459 is one of the ugliest nicknames I've ever heard.
Lets break it down.

Not only is Cool in the nick itself - it's the very first word of the nick. This looks horrible, as if you need to convince people of your coolness by putting it in your nick.

Fat - fat could be used for great stuff in a nick, but preceeded by Cool it just sounds lame. It, indeed, sounds like you're a fatty who tries to make friends by being "honest".

Finally, the seemingly random numbers following the nickname - 3459. What does this mean? That you're the threethousandfourhundredfiftyninth guy who's chosen this nick? I mean honestly, why are they there? Pointless and ugly.

Worldcraft dude is loads better.

There actually is a history behind the number 3459 for me but its only relevant to my friends.
