one thing i sometimes used to do was set my webcam to take pictures of me evry five or ten minutes whilst i played a game or did something else. It was very amusing seeing my different facial expressions or poses.
its a nice experiment for yourself to see your own reactions or how dumb you sometimes actually look whilst working/playing at your computer. Doesn't involve to much lagg either and you can always delete the photos again.

Nothing lost if u give it a try.

Im guessing set your camera to take pics every 2 minutes, or any set interval..

i got a camera from creative
you go into the "webcam center" its called "time lapse video" here you can set intervals.
for other companies read the manual or open the webcam program and look at its differen funcitons.

The good thing is its hard to pose since you dont know when its gonna click, so pics are bound to be authentic
