So I followed the tutorial shown here:
http://www.slackiller.com/tommy14/overview.htm

And got my overview working and whatnot; I got everything in the right place, but when looking at my overview in-game, many people are not in the right place. Ex: When watching a player on a ramp, he was shown inside a crate on the overview. Yes, my resolution is the correct size, so I think this might have something to do with the overview.txt made. So i'll post that and my condump? Any ideas?

Condump:

Overview: Zoom 2.30, Map Origin (-128.00, 384.00, 320.00), Z Min 385.00, Z Max 0.00, Rotated 0

Overview.txt

// overview description file for aim_redglock.bsp

global
{
ZOOM	2.30
ORIGIN	-128	384	1
ROTATED	0
}

layer
{
IMAGE       "overviews/aim_redglock.bmp"
HEIGHT	1
}

Thanks in advance :)

my advice is that an overview is useless for an aim map.

ahh k

are all the places relative?
ie. if the ramp was 500 units from the crate when the person on the ramp was inside the crate, was another person somewhere else appear 500 units away from where they are in the same direction?

Strange, if I just load up my map and see where everyone spawns at the beginning, it looks like the overview isn't actually centered. It's going off to the right from the center a little... Any ideas?

Problem Solved, it was just my resolution... I run in 1280 x 1024, but the resolution for the overview needs to be 1024 x 768..... Guess that was it... Would it work if I did the overview in 1280 x 1024?
