Ok, sry for another n00b posting on your forums, but i just cant fix this.

I can make maps fine for normal HL, but i cant with any mod.

Firstly: If i leave my compiled maps as : C:SIERRAHalf-Lifevalvemaps

i get a fatal error.

Secondly: If i change it to C:SIERRAHalf-LifeTSmaps, the
console comes up as it loads, with no errors, then it just flickers and dissaspears, taking me straight back to Hammer.

Ive checked and double checked all of my settings and there correct. No warnings come up on the compile log.

HELP!

Are you using the correct FGDs for the mods? TS' FGD is in the mod directory (Half-Lifets).

yeah, im using that AND HL, will taht be a problem?

dont use 2 fgd's in the same setting

oh yeah u cant use 2 fgd's at once

Can i run Mods in Hammer? i mean if i were to make a Specialits map, and press F9, would it work?

can u make cs maps in hammer? course. as long as u have the fgd and other stuff settup itll work on any hl mod, even the really far out ones like gunman chronicles.

so why dont i get the HUD from say DOD or CS?

and not 3rd person on TS?

When launching from Hammer, add "+deathmatch 1" to the end of the "Game EXE" command.

In the Build programmes menu? or the Game Configurations?

In the compiley thing, on Expert mode.
