lol, very cute and intertaining. that would be cool for one of those moving avatars or signitures that some forums have.

Cool. For some reason though, I just wanted that hand to smash it one more time when it fell against the edge... Not sure why!

i need to find out more physical object properties. I only know of cloth and soft-bodies. Its good for 5 minutes. I feel better about animating models for HL.

With that in mind, i started doing sketches of some redesigned NPC's.
Stay tuned to the turnstile thread, i'll post sketches once i clean them up a bit.

Buying that sheez costs like 100?, minimum. Warez. BT or P2P, easy enough. They're usually tiny.

heh, i wish i got it for free because it was still expensive, even with discount. as a side thing, i'm working on a small landscape with HL2 style water and all that.

I'll make another small video and post it here. :glad:

Moving avatars are usually called "GIF's" but doesn't matter cause u can't use gif as a av in this forums :P
Posted 17 years ago2006-06-29 20:38:35 UTC Post #187513
hm. it would make a nice av.

since the thread has been resurrected from the afterlife and is active like that of a zombie, i should post a vid that i would love to have for an av.

What did you use for rendering? i can't see it due to missing codecs.

Blender

the codec is the DivX codec that is pretty much standard for AVI encoding these days, get it from there site
