ok, so the only soldiers I can use are the ones deployed, correct? so it would not be wise to attack an army of 99, with 24 soldiers, even though my strength is higher?

You can attack with less soldiers and have better chances of winning. They have something known as the 'underdog' factor which gives the one with lesser forces advantage over larger ones. You may still lose but you'll take alot more men then you had to their graves. Silly really.

Yea, I was losing anyway, 2 NPO nations gained up on me. Both were stronger.
It was going to take them at least 2 weeks to get me into anarchy though, and they were getting aid, a lot of it.

I was told to attack somebody who was stronger then I by 40, but in one day I already passed him in rank by a lot. I didn't get much enjoyment out of this war yet, but I still have time GGA is still at war.

Two more days till I get a harbor! Been saving alot. 4k to pay the bills, 10k to buy stuff like land/infrastracture/military/technolgy and the other 10k I save. This way I stay at the same efficency.
