THe best things I saw for TF2 was that speedy ass Scout zoomin' through all the defence and the sychnonized arial maneuver by the soldiers.

I'm looking forward to Portal more than TF2. I never got into the whole Team Fortress thing. Any game that incorporates "concing" as a common expression must be questionable.

I just check csnation.net and they're reporting the Valve said at LCG, that Episode 2/Portals/TF2 will be delayed 'til Q1 2007 and will possibly cost as little as Episode 1 or as much as full retail ($50 - $60).

I am pretty convinced that Valve intentionally "leaked" this video to various sites so that the "sneak" trailer can have an edge of illegitimacy to it.
I bet that they purposely made the soundtrack sound unrefined so that true gaming fans (like us) will distribute this video around for Valve (for free) without wasting Valve resources.
I've always known that Valve is a genius at marketing, but they are out-doing themselves.

It was at some convention, its not leaked. I believe this is the trailer they are releasing next week, like they said they would.

This was at the Leipzig Game Convention Satchmo. Valve also said they'd be releasing it on Steam in HD in a few days...
There was a Pyro when the Spy came up. There was also a Pyro when the Scout came up (the guy that got whacked with bat). But yes, no Medic...yet.

any good design company can do fluid stylistic animation, it may be hl2 but theres a shitload of postprocessing going on in the background, from what I heard it requires about 30 frames being rendered per one frame displayed, so not really practical in a real game!
