Kinda a newbie, is it possible to have a texture animated?
i searched, but everything seemed to apply to hl1 as opposed to source. Id like to know if its the same.

Yes it is...Although I'm not sure how...Hunter and I assume it's the information in the VMT that tells Source to find multiple textures and link them to form an animation...

You need to compile animated textures into 1 VTF file, i don't know how to do that though. If i did, i would've done it.
