Who knows if there a limit to how big the max viewable distance can be set to(or rather, a max distanc that the game will render once you play your map)? I tried setting it to 8000 for Brushopolis but the buildings still went out of sight, so I set it to 10000 but I could see no difference. It looked like the buildings left my sight at the same distance. I've never worked with something this big before.

I set mine to 12000 and I never get a fade-out, even with a maximum-sized map. Try setting the number higher maybe?

edit: Also, 8000 as you know is ungodly huge for wpolys... stuff just might be failing to render because way too much is visible at once!!1
