(I USE THE HAMMER EDITOR)

1) How do i add ambient sounds, like spark sounds/wind/airwent sounds.

2) Could anyone explain how to script a monster to move to a selected location using the Ai_script.

3) How do i script explotions and all that fancy stuff from the half life1 singleplayer? Like walls flipping over making a new path.. functioning buttons..

Thanks! A few more things:

4) How do i create destructable walls etc.
5) How do i create falling pieces with the scripts (like the small metal pieces falling when a went is destroyed and a headcrap pops out, or when you destroy a barrel/crate)
6) How do i create elevators and choose where they need to stop?
7) How do i create smoke effects or fire.
8) how do i make enemies spawn

I strongly suggest you look through all the tutorials you can find before posting every question you have here. Most of what you're asking about can be found on TWHL/Snark Pit/Vlatitude etc. (the tutorial sections, i mean =P).
