Hi guys!

What was, in single player half life, was your fav map? whether it be from how fun it was, or how much action it had......

You mean from the original maps the game had? Well, if that's what you're talking about, it would have to be the whole series of Surface Tension maps. None in particular, but I loved being outdoors as opposed to being cramped up inside some little tunnel. I think the best feeling part of that whole chapter was in the desert areas, where there was nothing around but rocks. That was really cool.

yeah, i think i was getting 'surface tension' too in the labs!!! ha? ha? oh..well..yes. I liked 'We have Hostiles'. it was so fast paced: run, activate turrets, shoot fire door pannels...

um yeah. i ment that. really.

ive only played it once, but ill have to do it again soon

i liked xen the best. just long-jumping everywhere and quicksaving every nine seconds

Xen made me want to hurt myself.

I loved Surface Tension and Blast Pit equally.

I didn't like hostiles very much, and didn't like xen at all. I like surface tension, because I liked the whole desert/military feel to it, and most of the others.

• Office Complex
• Questionable Ethics

I didn't like XEN either, it was such a boring enviroment

Xen seemed like an after-thought to me... Not nearly as well made as the rest of the game..

I think Unforeseen Consequences was my favourite. The first time you play, it is nothing short of disturbing to walk through the remains of what was, only minutes previously, a bright, active lab complex. Seeing the dead scientists in the elevator, or the barney get cut in half by the laser.. Fantastic stuff.

Apprehension, I don't know why but I like it. And plus the area makes no sense. There was a high tech lab in a old crap area.

Other then that I liked the first two chapters, and then maybe office complex. (The PS2 version really screwed those areas up though. And please don't ask why I have the PS2 version.)

Why do you have the PS2 version?
