How can I make cool looking situations like when I press button then suddendly appears few teleports in air and there drops few aliens and same time come a weird sound like ZAP! :D (or something else) and then teleports disappear like "shrinking".

How to do this and what else cool spawnings there exists?

I think u do a few monstermakers like activates when u hit the button.
Afterthat u can insert your sound.
then after it comes mabey 10 monsters each... the disipear...

P.S the monstermakers is invisibles... :D

But how can I make those teleports...? I don't wanna them like that they just suddendly appear...I would like to make them appear like "smoothly" (lol) :D

U can make a spirit... like disipear and come up same time :D

Use a env_sprite for the 'teleports'
Theres really no way to shrink or enlarge sprites, but together with a sound it doesnt look that bad.

What about the Scale setting? And the Frame Rate of the Sprite?
Some frame rates will give you the Shrinking feeling...if you use play once for some othe the teleport sprites..

I think he's talking about the way Xen "beam in" in the original HL. Many env_beams, info_targets and a multi_manager to time them all.

No, it's env_sprites over a info_teleport_destination. All of the aliens have wait_till_seen ticked. And it is a ambient_generics for sounds. All ties into one nice multi_manager. :)
