Hacker = Someone who tampers with systems, code, configuration or generally modifies things for a result. Not neccessarily breaking security, but it depends how you put it into context.
Cracker = Retarded child hacker who modifies or uses pre-existing programs to "crack" systems for destructive purposes. A wannabe black hat, but lacking the skill to be truly considered one.
Script-kiddie = See above ^
"Hacking" (in a security context) = Exploring code in order to find exploits and weaknesses and then using them exploits.
Black hat hacking = Gaining unauthorised access into a system via self-discovered exploits and own techniques for exploration (and quite often theft).
White hat hacking = Attempting to gain access to a system with owners permission via self-discovered exploits and own techniques as well as testing the system against common exploits and fixing them.
