I did a Google search on "rfa extension" and a lot came up. You are not talking about a Battlefield 1942 file, are you?

PS: What country do you live in anyway?

http://filext.com/file-extension/RFA

Looks like a Battlefield 1942 texture package or something. Maybe try a texture package viewer?

A Google search takes time, does it? It couldn't possibly take as much time as waiting for a response on a forum that has nothing to do with Battlefield 1942. A Google search takes a couple seconds at the most, even for a dial-up user.
